This is impossible to say - they are not like anything we know in our everyday experience.

What we can say is that one particle of a substance is not like the sample of the substance as we see and feel it.


One particle of salt is not like a little bit of salt: only when we have billions together in a bunch do we get something that looks and feels like salt.
