Students should not see droplets on the block at the start:
the droplets must be coming out of the air as it cools. The
droplets form on the block because it is cold and so the air
close to it is colder (so there will be fewer high energy
air particles, and more with medium or low energy. There will
be more low energy water particles forming groups before they
can be split up by collisions with high energy air particles.
