TGH3: Condensation of water from the air: notes on the video
LINKS
Students should not see droplets on the block at the start: the droplets must be coming out of the air as it cools. The droplets form on the block because it is cold and so the air close to it is colder (so there will be fewer high energy air particles, and more with medium or low energy. There will be more low energy water particles forming groups before they can be split up by collisions with high energy air particles.
